1. REFUND & REFUND POLICY

1.1. If the quality of services for any reason is inappropriate for the Customer, digital goods are damaged or they cannot be opened, read, used, the Contractor grants the Customer the right within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the materials, access to which was provided in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, contact the Contractor with an Application for the return of the funds paid.

1.2. An application for a refund is sent by the Customer to the following address: help.findinfo@gmail.com.

The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the data specified in the Application.

The refund application must contain the following information:

1.3. Surname, name, patronymic of the Customer; method, date and amount of payment for services; reasons why the Customer believes that the services provided are of inadequate quality.

1.4. Provided that the Application for a refund of funds meets the requirements of clauses 1.3 of the Agreement, the Contractor returns the paid funds within 2-4 working days from the date of receipt of the application, by canceling the transaction and re-crediting the funds to the Customer's card. Refunds are made minus the commission of payment systems and to the card from which the payment was made.

1.5. In the absence in the application for a refund or the provision of inaccurate information, the Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer a refund.

1.6. Any claims, statements are sent by the Customer after the end of the period specified in cl. 1.1 of this policy, the Contractor is not considered.
